Everyone at once
Type anywhere while everyone else does too. Each person’s cursor glides by in their own color, and every word lands for everyone the moment it’s typed.
Everyone on the same page.
A zuno is a live page for the things you do together. Everyone writes, draws and talks on it at once, and it stays private.

How it works
Give it a name, or don’t. It’s ready in a second.
Send the link or show a QR code. Guests walk straight in, no account needed.
Type, sketch and talk at the same time. Every change saves as you go, so nothing is ever lost.
Features
Everything a meeting does, on one page that never stops moving. Nobody waits their turn, and the zuno respects all.
Type anywhere while everyone else does too. Each person’s cursor glides by in their own color, and every word lands for everyone the moment it’s typed.
A walkie-talkie in every zuno. Hold it and everyone hears you, live; let go and it’s their turn. Double-tap to keep talking hands-free.
Tap your own face at the top to share your screen. Tap anyone else’s to watch theirs, even from your phone.
Bring it up and it opens for everyone at once. Sketch together, hold the walkie-talkie to explain as you draw, and every line appears as it’s drawn. Hold Shift for a perfect straight line, move and resize anything you’ve drawn, then snap a picture of the whole board straight into the zuno.
Point your camera at a printed page, a whiteboard or a handwritten list. Seconds later its words are in your zuno, ready to edit.
Add hashtags to a title and your zunos sort themselves into groups, groups inside groups. No folders, no filing. Search finds any word in any of them.
Photos, video, voice memos and files, up to 5 GB a zuno. Point at a zip, a PDF, a Word document or a contact card to see inside without opening it.
Every change saves as you type. Name a version and go back to it any time. Undo only undoes your own edits. And if Git is on your list to learn, this is a gentle first step: the same good habits, none of the jargon.
Tick as fast as you can tap, all of you at once. One button floats what’s left to do to the top.
A link, a QR code or your phone’s share sheet. Choose who can edit, who can only look, or keep it to yourself, and change your mind any time.
Who it’s for
Shared with exactly who you choose, and no one else.
Markdown with code blocks, tables and task lists. Share your screen, sketch the fix, talk it through, and the bug report writes itself.
Run the standup on the page itself. Everyone types, draws and talks at once, and nobody reconciles copies again.
Grocery lists, trip plans and family budgets, with photos, voice memos and video right where everyone can see them.
Privacy
A notebook that respects you, your privacy and your wallet.
TLS on the way, AES-256 where it’s kept, with Amazon Web Services in US East (Virginia).
The only cookies are the ones that keep you signed in.
Export any zuno, images included, and open it in any editor.
Delete a zuno, or your whole account, yourself, whenever you like.

Paid plans renew automatically, monthly or yearly, until you cancel; cancel any time in Account, and it ends at the close of the period you’ve paid for. Switch plans any time; the difference is prorated. By upgrading you agree to the Terms of Service.
Buying for a team? Team and Enterprise, from $10 a seat →
They differ only in room: every plan has every feature. Starter has 100 GB, Core has 500 GB, Pro has 2 TB. Start with the space you use now; moving up later takes a click, and you only pay the difference for the rest of the period.
The same plans either way. Yearly costs up to 24% less (Starter is $29 a year instead of $35.88). You can switch between them any time in Account.
It doesn’t have to be. Those are great for phone backups and photo libraries. Zuno is for the things you write and plan with other people, with the photos, files and video for them right in the zuno. Here’s how they compare.
Nothing changes: you keep the price you chose and the Pro you have (now called Pro Classic) for as long as you like. If you’d rather have one of the new plans, switch any time from Account (Pro Classic isn’t offered any more, so that move is one way).
If you share a zuno with “anyone with the link”, yes: they join as guests, with their own cursor. You can switch any zuno to view-only, or to just you, at any time, and everyone else is disconnected straight away.
You keep your plan until the end of the period you’ve paid for, then your account moves to Free (or the smaller plan). Nothing is deleted. If you have more zunos or files than the new plan allows, they all stay, but you can’t add more until you’re under its limits.
You pay for a number of seats, from 3. Each person who joins with your team’s invite link takes one and gets Core. Add seats any time and pay the difference for the rest of the period; remove them and the difference comes off your next bill. When someone leaves, an admin chooses whether their zunos stay with the team or go with them.
Payments are handled by Stripe. Your card details go straight to Stripe and never touch our servers.
Always. Every zuno exports to a self-contained Markdown file, with its images included.
A word from the founder
I wanted a better way to work together.
Not another bloated workspace or another subscription to manage. Just a simple, fast place to write, share ideas, and collaborate in real time.
So I built one.
It's the tool I wanted to use myself. If it makes your work a little simpler, then it's doing exactly what I built it to do.
Zuno: note-taking, by and for vibe-coding ADHDers.
Thanks for being here.
